CERT.Bahia (Computer Security Incident Response Team - Bahia/Brazil) is the group responsible for handling and responding to security incidents related to the Internet community of Bahia connected to the Brazilian Academic and Research Network (RNP). This group is currently maintained by the Point of Presence of RNP in Bahia (PoP-BA/RNP) in colaboration with Federal University of Bahia (UFBA).

Our goal is to help organizations in prevention, detection and handling of security incidents, as well as to create and disseminate best pratices for safe use and administration of Information Technology (IT).
